Borrowers can choose to skip the assistance and get an even lower interest rate instead.

Eligibility: Buyers must meet higher income limits and purchase price caps than First Place, with a minimum credit score of 640.

Eligibility: Buyers must be first-time homebuyers with household income at or below 80% AMI and purchase in the City of St. Louis.
