Tom Wells

Tom Wells is senior mortgage finance professional with over 35 years' experience. During his 30-year career at Freddie Mac, Tom with responsible for credit risk management of over 1,000 lenders. He now is a mortgage finance instructor for Mortgage Bankers Association and an adjunct Professor at The George Washington University. He is also a regular public speaker at conferences, seminars and client meetings.
